Ficlet Fridays is a challenge-based community for those who like to write short fiction without adhering to the hundred-word formula that defines drabbles. We accept shortfic anywhere between 100 and 1000 words long, giving you and your words as much wiggle room as you need.

Each Friday, a mod will post a new prompt to the community. The prompt may be visual, aural, or simple text. To participate, members simply post their response to the current week's prompt till the next Friday rolls around. Both original and fanfiction are welcome!
